Hotel staff was very kind and helpful, room was big enough and the place quiet and peaceful There was some extra charge with breakfast we did not understand completely and quite unusual for a Hotel. A bit (just a bit) too far from the center (if you have to walk with small childrens) more than the distance it was a problem the tiny sidewalks of the streets going to the center that were difficult to walk with a stroller. |

The hotel was much more luxurious than we expected for the price we paid. The room was very nice and comfortable overlookng the hotel's central fountain. Great location for travellers coming to Seville by car- walking distance fom main attractions, but you don't need to enter into the city's very narrow alleys with a car to reach it. Only gripe is the air-con which didn't seem to make a difference no matter how we set it. |

Good location, the hotel itself was very good. The rooms were nice, the bathrooms were very clean, the linen was soft and crispy. The staff was very freindly and helpful. Excellent value for money. A very positive experience! I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Seville again. |

We had a great room, everyone couldnt have been more helpful, the breakfasts were excellent and you could have it up to 11.00am! The walls are thin and, although it didnt bother us at all, I would imagine that in high summer with a full hotel noise could be a nuisance. |
