The staff was amazingly friendly, helpful and really went out of their way in trying to assist. Despite living only a few blocks from the L'Arc de Thriomphe, it was quiet and yet still very central. The elevator is very small :-) |

Location (*****) incl. closeness to public transport and Air France airport shuttle bus, acclimatisation of the room, beds, towel warmer in bathroom. Smell in the hallway and in the room - carpet due for change. |

Location, friendly, comfortable and warm, clean and tidy, reception very helpful, room maintained well Maybe breakfast is a little expensive? Not sure if upgrade to Club room is better value? |

I looked over many hotels and reviews on this site. This hotel seemed to have the best reviews overall. I know that you can't please everyone all of the time and you really are taking a chance staying at a place site unseen. When I arrived the hotel was exactally as described in a lot of the reviews. I don't care how small and elevator is.... at least there is one! The rooms are quite small but fo The rooms are small but we were out of the hotel most of the day so it didn't matter!!!! We were only there to sleep!! I must admit, for having such a small room, the could make up for it by more comfortable mattresses. All in all, great place for the price!! |

The hotel is in a very good location, just minutes from the Arc. It is in a mixed residential/commercial neighborhood, so it is quiet but there are restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and functional, if a little small. |

The location was excellent and is very close to the metro and the bus to CDG. The staff were very helpful. The room was smaller than expected and does not have tea/coffee facilities. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. However, you can order food to your room. |
