the location was excellent. room cleaning services were good too. the bed and furniture/furnishings were also as onewouldexpect a good three star hotel to have. the service could well be improved. one of our two rooms did not have enough lighting and the sleeping area was cramped. that room was good enough as a single room only. there was a tiny lift that barely accomodated one person and one piece of luggage, and was rickety. |

Only the location. Service was poor. Receptioninst on the first day when checking in was impolite and the restuarant service and quality was a dissapointment. |

The accomadation was fine The Shower pole which the shower head slides up and down on had come off, 1 replacement plug & screw would have fixed it, take 2 mins |

The location was great. Walking distance to many tourist attractions. Staff a bit disorganized. Arranged a wake up call the morning before going to the airport and they never called. Didn't apologize either. |

Great location. All Paris hotels are very expensive. This hotel was the most reasonable and location was very central. |

The staff was very pleasant. Room was esthetic and clean. Large TV screen. Quiet area, and yet at the center of shopping street. 5 minutes walk from Arc De Triomph and Champs Elysee (and metro), on the side - 7 minutes walk from Palais des Congres I stayed during June 16-19, 2008. My single room was very small, w/a single bed, open shower, and no view from the window. But the worse thing was that I was located in the 6th and last floor of the hotel, and the elevator didn't work for the entire 3 days of my stay ! They also forgot to bring sopes for 2 days. The compensation for the elevator at the end was not charging on the Wifi connect |
