Quietly set back from the road, in a private terrace, the hotel is accessible via all of the major routes in and out of the heart of London.

Food & beverage

Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 on weekdays and 07:30 to 10.30 on weekends.

English and continental breakfast is served and a special promotion applies when booked prior to arrival or on check-in.

Each room has a plasma TV, heated mirrors and under floor heating in the bathrooms and beds with head boards.

This hotel is located at less than 300m from Padington station. Ideal if you take an early flight at Heathrow.Garanteed less than 30mn from room to checkin.Every room as free internet so you can check your email before taking off.

It's a very busy place and train do some noise which can be eared a bit.

The staff were very polite

The room was small even after being upgraded to family room, window was broken, fake marble covering raditor was smashed and plug in bath didn't work.

Location is good, as it's close to Paddington station. But rooms are small. Narrow corridors are like a labyrinth, but this point gives off a nice, classic atomosphere.

Location of hotel was perfect and the decoration of the hotel was to a very high standard.

My room was minute and even for a single room space was tiny.

Hotel staff was very helpful and even fixed the handle of my suitcase when I asked. I had a quite pleasant stay.

They did not accept Visa electron or Master card. In the morning there was just hot water in the taps.

Rooms were incredibly small, there was seriously not enough room for two people to stand up, one had to be sat down on the bed.
