The room was comfortable and clean. This was a special weekend to celabrate a special birthday, asked the hotel to put a bottle of champagne into the room for when we got back from Theatre, this was not done, told reception to make sure I was not charged and how disappointed I was. The following morning at check out, they had charged it to my bill. Not the sort off service you'd expect from a 5* hotel maybe a 2*. |

Location is convenience Furnitures and room is old. Not even have an lcd television. Tap water is always out of order. |

Breakfast. That is not a 5 stars hotel. Small rooms, old furniture, elevators not working, high prices. They put beautiful pictures on internet and they give you much less quality. |

swimming pool was great.such a great location. friendly staff. our room was quite small.noisy at night.service charge on a glass of wine nearlly £1! |

Location, center of London, near Piccadilly Circus. Easy to reach by Sub. Small room for this kind of hotel, no air conditionning. Price for English breakfeast too high. |
