The location of the hotel is quite convinient, being very close to Paddigton Station. Around the station fast food and super markets are available.

The rooms are to small. In the first room we got the toilet was like a phone booth. When we found out that there was no heating, too (we stayed there in December), we were given another room. This one was bigger, but still small and also with problematic heating.

Staff at desk was very helpful considering they was very busy due to it being new years eve. The room was not a bad size, I was expecting very small as all the reviews say small rooms.

The bathroom was dirty looking with scum in the tile grout and a dodgy shower that I couldn't bring myself to use, it was a little shower head dangling from a clip and the hose was coming apart and had scum on it and to make things worse the toilet was leaking from the cistern so we had to use towels to stop the floor flooding. If I was staying more than 1 night I would of asked to be moved.

Location and excellent size of room

bundles of laundry left all night in passage ways. This is surely a fire hazard.

staff helpful. hotel convenient.

I booked a double room and it appears to me that I wasn't given the room I had booked on the first night, the room we were given was unacceptable the bed was against the wall on three sides so we both had to get out of the bed on the same side there was barely enough room for both of us to stand in the room. A much nicer alternative room was given to us on our second night.
