The modern, clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful staff, excellent breakfast, best hotel I've stayed at in London for a long time. Location, not exactly as described on the web, view from room onto brick wall, where was the London Eye? ;o) |

The breakfast was good. Restaurant staff helpful and courteous. The room small. Room maintenance poor. When tissue paper box empty, not even refilled. Front staff and concierge unhelpful. |

Very clean and welcoming to children - giving my daughter £5 of hotel money to spend was a big hit with her. The staff were friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. The facilities were great and though it was busy it was quiet at night. |

Great Hotel, kind people, mainly at the reception. Great queues at the elevators at morning for breakfast. We experimented even 10 minutes more waiting. No problem along the day, but serious problem at morning. Stairs must be better indicated. |

The room was very good. The location is great. Too few elevators. We had to wait 5-10 mins during peak time. We used the stairs often because we got tired of waiting. Also, the Internet connection was very erratic during the first evening. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, there is a free laundry for guest use, breakfast was good quality, rooms are large and with good facilities for the price. The hotel has 14 floors and we were on the 7th with a disabled child |
