It is just nearby the action

The rooms are very small and not nice as expected. The windows are not sealed properly that outside air leaks to the rooms. the heating is not working or simply in bad condition. The carpet is just a mess. overall, it is not a hotel in London, or I can say (expect the same conditions in the rest of london's hotels by large.

Location of hotel and your Bell Staff were excellent. The doorman went out of his way to find a place for a pedicure. Not sure of his name but extremely helpful.

Well mannered friendly staff good food

For the price was not a good standered room was in need of refurbishment and no breakfast included dangerous location for kettle and no drawers at all in the room very disappointed

The Location was good, 2 minute walk to Oxford Street.

The room - one of the worst hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Small, grubby, very dated. Definately not a 4 star in my opinion.
