The room was lovely and the location was brilliant I had booked a package which should have included a bottle of champagne in the room , this was not there and I did not have time to query this as I had activities booked around london as it was my husbands 50th birthday. This was a big dissapointment. |

Great location, just a few minutes walk to shopping, tourist attractions, restaurants, etc. Friendly staff, good service, nice rooms and bathrooms. Gymnasium, bar, complementary fruit and water in rooms. Would stay here again. Buffet breakfast was very overpriced (15 pounds/person), but tasty. Only one elevator. |

Being upgraded Due to a maintenance problem I was bumped to the hotel in Kensington. I only found this out after the receptionist took my money. I was very late for my client meeting as I just got stuck in traffic. The receptionist just could not deal with anyone at all. |

Room facilities very good on arrival we were initially asked to change hotels. This was not acceptable but the staff did sort this out. |

The hotel was very nice and welcoming. The room was lovely with a great view. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of pillows in the room. Shower room was very clean and had plenty of shampoo, body lotion etc. I was led to believe the room would have a 4 poster bed, this was not the case so maybe you could review the room description as the pictures show a 4 poster bed. |
