It is in a great location. Just a block from the underground and completely walking distance from many of London's attractions.

The room was very small. But, it was typical for Central London.

Lifts were broken. Sink had huge crack in it.No ventilation in bathroom.Room was very small and had only shower and no bath. water was not very hot.

overall, had an enjoyable stay, fab location. my only minor complaint is the wait for the lifts as one was not working, also checking out took a while as there was a large queue, and to make matters worse, some people ignored the queue and went to the reception desk without waiting, therefore, queue jumping.

location to theatres was excellent

on arrival our rooms air conditioning and tv didnt work and after ringing for assistance and waiting more than 2 hours with no one turning up we had to go to the desk and sort it. once there they were very quick at changing our room but first impressions do stick.i felt very dissapointed as this was supposed to be one of their most expensive rooms at £200 night you would expect better service.
