Location is very convenient. Walking distance to commercial areas When we checked out of the hotel, I settled our bills by paying in cash. However, upon our return home, my credit card company called me to confirm that my card has been charged. I've yet to check on BP International about their erroneous charge. |

The staff were friendly and the room is clean and ok When we are about to check out the room boy who get our luggage told us that we must hurry because he is busy.. Thats unfair we are your guest so I guess its our right and his duty to give us time. |

BP International is so accessible. It's just near the Kowloon Park where kids would have lots of fun. It's walking distance from Central Park, Avenue of the Stars, Shopping Malls, MTR, etc. The hotel staff are so nice, too! One of them even gave me tips where to get best deals for clothes and accessories (at ladies market in Mongkok). Thanks!!! |

this hotel's staff is very friendly and efficient, the hotel offers all the services you'd expect, their location is perfect for our purposes, their being on the Air Express route is a big plus |

it's very conveniently located near Jordan MTR and close to Nathan I chose a room with harbour view and paid a premium for it but the view wasn't worth mentioning. hardly can see the harbour. |

the bath facilities is quite good.the air conditioner is not very adjustable (too cold in the evening) it should provide free internet connection for customers. in such a information technology era, it should be a necessary to have that. |

Our room was quiet(on the 21st floor), comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a good location, minutes from an underground rail station, and a short walk to the ferry terminal. An excellent view was available, weather permitting. The room was a little bit on the small side, with storage for two large suitcases a bit tight. |

We had a room overlooking Kowloon park, which was great in such a crowded city. Proximity to Jordan station and Nathan Road. Check in/out staff very efficient. |

The hotel has a good location and it is not so narrow inside as usually the hotels in Hongkong. The reception staff is not well trained and lack of friendliness. Thee guest has to follow the room cleaning schedule instead of room cleaning follows the guest schedule. |
