Once in our room, the wallpaper was hanging off, the bathroom had a plasticy feel not matching the more luxurious path up to the room. Offeres in the bar advertised in the information folder provided in our room had 'expired' and been replaced by more expensive options and minumum purchase requirements on drinks. |

convenient to cross border bus and subway station It does not provide any drinking water even though there is a sign stating that tap water is not drinkable. the internet access charge is ridiculously high. Why should a hotel charge $20 to store a piece of luggage for the check in day? |

Loved the location, it was great for my girlfriend & me to travel everywhere. The hotel is getting a little old now, stayed in other hotels in Macau & Beijing around the same time that were a little more comfortable. |

Staff were very helpful, particuarly providing us a very late check out due to a personal situation Were first put onto a smoking floor (9th floor) and when we said this to the bell boy he said it was not a smoking floor. Our room completely stank of stale cigarettes and we requested reception to change our room which they did immediately to the 10th floor. This clearly floor stated no smoking floor unlike the 9th. It was not a good first impression when the bell boy did not know the difference. |
