The air conditioner was noisy and did not have much scope for adjusting the fan speed. The room was just a bit too small. Mattress was a also too hard but quite normal for HK hotels

The hotel is more than I've expected. The room is nicely laid out with everything I need and breathes a modern touch. The room is spotlessly clean. The free wifi (though only available in the public spaces) is a definite plus if like me you need on-line access always. Hotel staff are so friendly and location is ideal too - I can go Causeway Bay and Central so easily.

housekeepers were good and friendly

the pillows where too hard and the walls too thin can hear the neighours all the time

Breakfast was terrible (lack of variety and the quality of the products. Bad coffee, bad fruit, bad bread, etc.). Location not really convenient. Can get better rates for better hotels.

the executive room were much smaller than i expected, it was fine but was surprised of how small it was. there was no way of getting taxi outside the hotel and there should be taxi service from the hotel.
