It was in a convenient location. The rooms were extremely small, wanted to charge an extra 3-400 dollars (totaling 7-800 dollars) for an upgrade that before was totaled at only $438. The beds were hard and hurt my back. The only nice thing about the hotel was location. |

As in many hotels, using the Internet is a rip-off. I do not mind to pay, but it is very irritating if you buy internet access, you cannot interrupt, and resume later. Annoying ! |

Location, the staff is very nice, the rooms are comfy, the view (oh my god, it was awesome!). There is an outstanding, reasonably priced seafood dinner buffet - I would recommend trying it: all you can eat for merely 150 hkd - def worth it! Close to the pier for connection to Kowloon. Cheap wireless internet. The staff were ready to help with any queeries. I enjoyed my stay very much |

The staff were attentive, understanding and kind. The room and toilet was clean. The TV looks new and have some international channels. The toilet is small, very limited space even for one person. The basic toilet accessories were there, only no tissue box, so ladies please bring your own for your makeup purposes. The mini fridge is present, but no safe in the room and need to go to front desk, therefore felt that was a hastle. |
