Der super Service, das Angebot im Club-Bereich über den gesamten Tag, der Zimmerservice zum Abend (neue Handtücher, Bett geöffnet, Dusche gesäubert, alle Kosmetiker nachgelegt, ggf. neue Gläser etc. und Eiswürfel auf dem Zimmer.Und der sensationelle Blick !Der Pool auf dem Dach, ganztägig Sonne und wieder der Ausblick ... himmlisch :-)) nein, gar nichts! absolute Spitzenklasse! |

schöne Lage direkt am Wasser, zwar nicht ganz zentral, aber über Fähre,Hotelbus und Taxi (sehr günstig) sehr gut angebunden und viel ruhiger als die Hotels in Zentral-Kowloon (dort viele Baustellen), toller Hafenblick, wunderschöner Pool auf dem Dach, überwiegend sehr nettes Personal hoher Frühstückspreis |

A beautiful hotel in a great position with views of the harbour. A little further away from things on Kowloon but, as a free shuttle bus is available every half hour and a ferry terminal right by the hotel that was ok. |

Offered an upgrade when checking in, at reasonable cost, to a harbour-view suite, which had fantastic views and comfort. Roof top pool has great views and is heated. Good food and location and outside dining at waterside restaurant. Nice and quiet, can't hear anything from neighbouring rooms. Good location near ferry to HK island, and away from the hustle and bustle of Nathan Road area. Some of the staff did not know how things work in the Hotel room eg how to switch off air-con. And the electronic keys did not work twice. Club floor buffet breakfast has poor choice left just before closing. |

The beautiful position and style of the hotel. The hotel promenade was excellent and the food served in the restaurants very good. Lovely position and good shopping and restaurants in the area behind the hotel.Shuttle bus service very reliable and ferry only a short walk from the hotel. |
