A beautiful hotel in a great position with views of the harbour. A little further away from things on Kowloon but, as a free shuttle bus is available every half hour and a ferry terminal right by the hotel that was ok. |

Offered an upgrade when checking in, at reasonable cost, to a harbour-view suite, which had fantastic views and comfort. Roof top pool has great views and is heated. Good food and location and outside dining at waterside restaurant. Nice and quiet, can't hear anything from neighbouring rooms. Good location near ferry to HK island, and away from the hustle and bustle of Nathan Road area. Some of the staff did not know how things work in the Hotel room eg how to switch off air-con. And the electronic keys did not work twice. Club floor buffet breakfast has poor choice left just before closing. |

The beautiful position and style of the hotel. The hotel promenade was excellent and the food served in the restaurants very good. Lovely position and good shopping and restaurants in the area behind the hotel.Shuttle bus service very reliable and ferry only a short walk from the hotel. |

The view, the pool, the conceige was most helpful (but unfortunately I cannot remember his name) in fact all the staff we had contact with were very pleasant and helpful |

The views!, The large comfortable bed, transport into city shops and the pool area 10% surcharge; I couldnt remember this mentioned on website but if it is there Im sorry to mention it so please forget it. |

Located away from busy streets / noise / masses of people. Facility of the Club Floor Suggest you place a HKG street map into the rooms. Is convenient when arriving to a new place (even when revisiting) |

1. great location: view (harbour/skyline HK Island) / airport shuttle / right at star ferry / a quite rest in a busy city 2. great service: roof pool with gorgious view / excellent breakfast buffet (asian+continental+english) / take a afternoon shower after check out in pool area and fly off refreshed |
