I was offered a guest pass to a gym which was 10 mins away. This was adequate to appease the lack of gym. I was surprised that they tried to charge me for this on departure though. 1. They gave me two single beds in a room booked for one person. On asking for a change to a double bed as shown in the pictures I was refused. 2. Room was tiny I kept tripping up on the beds. 3. Room view was terrible - walls of old unmaintained buildings, grey dirty and falling apart. 4. Shower smelt. 5. Careless staff smacked me in the chest 6. Babies crying until 1am |

Staffs helpful and alert, upgraded to a room with gd views and breakfast when they could not provide 2 twin beds as requested. replished of food during breakfast time alittle slow. |

the hotel is a star higher than rated, very new facilities and everything sparkling, the front desk and hotel staff very efficient and very helpful, and location very ideal bathroom shower curtain smells a little, towels/robes too big and heavy and new that they shed |

Very kind as most of Chinese stuff. Beautiful view from the last floor. Nearby good restaurants and small bars in Knutsford Terr. 50m till N exit to subway and train station (trains to Shenzhen). They have strange policy of using the escalator. You are unable to enter other floors (except loby, and restaurant), might be a problem if you come as a group. |

nice view, fair price, clean and sweet-smelling rooms and washrooms, good location disorderly queueing at the front desk -- very irritating and frustrating to be overtaken by other guests who have no regard for others who have come before them; this is made worse by the reception staff who sometimes fail to consider who lined up first |
