Brilliant view. Modern decor. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Comfort. Fine food. Complimentary coffee and cocktails. The rooms were not large. Exclusive lounge was not always available. Complimantary hors d'oevres were not always provided. Offered discounts on meals did not transpire. |

Good views of the harbour through the hotel windows Small room perhaps a common thing in Hong Kong. The beds shown on the website appear bigger than they actually are. |

Although not in the heart of Tsimshatsui, the hotel is within short walking distance to the exit of KCR that leads to MTR thus making it convenient. The front office staff who did check-in for us was not friendly and pulled a long face. There was no turn down service. The hotel is on Hart Ave which is a Y junction road; cabbies not familiar with the area cannot locate the hotel. The cabby, who drove us from airport to hotel, called the hotel and was simply told "hotel is on Hart Ave", had to circle the area 4 times before locating the hotel. |

Staff was very frendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a platinum suite without extra charge. Very clean and comfortable. Nice view. The hotel could do with a hang out sign in the street as it is a bit difficult to find first time. It would be nice to have all the "complimentaries" on paper as it is quite overwelming as you book in and you tend to forget and misunderstand half of them. |

I was offered a guest pass to a gym which was 10 mins away. This was adequate to appease the lack of gym. I was surprised that they tried to charge me for this on departure though. 1. They gave me two single beds in a room booked for one person. On asking for a change to a double bed as shown in the pictures I was refused. 2. Room was tiny I kept tripping up on the beds. 3. Room view was terrible - walls of old unmaintained buildings, grey dirty and falling apart. 4. Shower smelt. 5. Careless staff smacked me in the chest 6. Babies crying until 1am |
