It is one of the hotels I commonly use in Kowloon. Efficient service and right in the centre of town.

Rooms are rather small - however they are reasonably well appointed. Internet is not free.

The proximity to the public transport, in particular the MTR, and to the harbour. A great view of the harbour from our room.

The staff were excellent, very helpful & welcoming. Everything was managed from the check in to general queries with the utmost professionalism & comfort. It certainly made our stay extremely enjoyable.

I came in late and left early but the reception staff were excellent making the process quick and efficient so I could get to my room quickly.

The room price was very high given the quality of the room. There was also no room service after 2.00am making it difficult for people arriving on the late flights.

Friendly staff

Rooms are very small!!
We booked superior room, but room was very small and the guest lady immediately offered a 2m2 bigger room if we pay extra! My suitcase did not even fit in the small room (they know that rooms are small and try to make extra money by offering the solution....). We would have liked to cancel this hotel, but they would have charged us 1 night because of the reservation via booking.com... we were not amused and had to pay extra money for a bigger room to open my suitcase.....rediculous..
