good location, good view of city and Victoria gulf if you stay on high floor. When I book the hotel in Booking.com, this hotel is listed among 5 star hotels. But actually it is a four star hotel, while selling its high floor, e.g. 30th floor, as five star hotel room. There is no swimming pool for us. But as a four-star hotel, it is qualified. |

Positive: central city location - clean -> generally O.K. Negative: small room (standard, 21st floor) with just enough space to walk around the bed; two persons would not feel comfortable in it; maybe O.K. for one business-type guest, but then the price is still high for those rooms. - I would not return, but simply on price. |

THe decor of room-all the staff-especially Robert,George,Eric Kelvin and our room cleaner but all staff were lovely!!The situation in HK and the great views. Lack of plates,cereal bowls,cutlery and glasses in rooms! |

Good service and location. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Hotel were unable to charge my companies credit card for the bill due to it being a UK credit card. This was the one put in through your website. It should have been highlighted as an issue. They still kept the reservation though which was good. |

La situación es excelente. La decoración oriental es agradable, diferente. El tamaño de las habitaciones es reducido en comparación con otros hoteles. El desayuno no está incluido en la tarifa del hotel. |
