The staff were extremely helpful and polite. I requested for non smoking floor but the room smelled like cigarettes and it was dampening on our spirit! |

Clean, quiet room, nice pool facilities. Good restaurant. Excellent staff. Close to metro station. Surrounding area not so nice as HK Island. |

The room is very quiet and clean. I very much appreciated with the two bottles of cold water in the room when came from such hot weather outside, it is very dlightful. Thank you for the water, It makes the stay much more pleasant. only the thing I didn't like is the thick down duvet for the summer weather. besides, I'm allergy to the feathers, and they are no alternatives. |

I paid small surcharge at check in to get upgraded to a larger room with better view on higher floors, highly recommended as it offers great value For a hotel with 660 rooms, I would prefer a larger front-desk and a separate 'check-out' or even express 'check-out' line. |

Location near crowded shopping area . It has its own integral giant mall which is connected to the MTR.friendly and helpfull staff . TV remote lags alot and responds poorly to functions . Hongkong yellow pages guide isnt avaliable inside the room by defult but can be requested free of charge. |
