Our room was large,and very comfortable,all the staff were really helpfull and I found the roof top pool a brilliant place to relax and cool off .

Nothing.My husband would have prefered to be nearer the waterfront but this would not deter us from staying at the Metroparrk Hotel again.

I got upgraded to club room !!! Its location is quite good little away
from the hustle& bustle of street party, good for a nap, yet a walking
distance to the mtr and shopping areas.The staff was very helpful in
directing how to get to around the place.

Their shuttle bus service is ok from the Hotel but it does not say about
exact pick up points. I was waiting atleast half an hour for the shuttle
bus to arrive at the waterfront (star ferry).Perhaps I was waiting at
the wrong pick up point.

It is a very comfortable hotel, and I have now stayed in this hotel 5 times. It is the only hotel in Hong Kong which I have used on more than one occassion and I will continue to use it.

I think hotel is over-rated in many of the reviews. The basic rooms are
quite outdated, though large for hk. If planning to stay in this hotel I
strongly recommend upgrading the room to Executive-level. The cost for
the upgrade is very reasonable (around 20-30 euros per night, can't
recollect exactly). Also, the shuttle bus service won't make up for the
far from ideal location of the hotel.

The location was convenient. Free shuttle bus service provided will take hotel guests to Mongkok(affordable shopping areas) & Tsim Sha Tsui (Harbor view). It will be even better if the bus could take us to Hong kong island via the tunnel. We take the hotel shuttle bus almost everyday. Also, the free internet connection in the room was also one of the reason I choosed to stay at this hotel.

The bed was too hard for me and the design of the room a little old fashion.

With the exception of the night room service staff, the service at the hotel was amazing, any issues were dealt with prompltly and without hassle and the smiles and friendliness and command of english from the staff was great

The bed was very hard, staff did give us an overlay which helped and the night room service staff were rude and made us feel very small, we complained and were assured that this would be dealt with

The fact that they have the international converter power supply, so that I dont have to bother buying a new one. The bed and pillows are very comfortable so I find very easy to go to sleep. Lastly, this hotel offers a great value for the price I pay.

The hotel needs tiotal refurbishment done urgently. All the carpets in the rooms have bad odour and needs to be replaced immediately. The washrooms are cleant daily but still not hygiene as the wooden attachments in the washrooms are hanging out.

It was an average kind of feeling, nothing spectacular. Have stayed in this hotel at least 10+ nights, in 3/4 visits during the last 6 months. Other Hotels are doing better and at lower overall cost to the traveller. period

Bathrooms can be improved: Increase lighting, add vanity mirror, offer 4 ply toilet paper, improve shampoo quality, renovate toilet completely.

I like the hotel which is very convenience location for all the shoppings.

I don't like the room is too small. My wife and I have stayed at many hotels and metropark hotel kowloon is the smallest compare to others.
