location was great, accessible to mtr and buses, near temple st., ladies market and more.

kinda dark, we had a hard time looking for the lamp switch only to find out that it was controlled by a unit on the bedside table which got to be a confusing thing. But we finally had it worked out on our last night.

They allocated us a suite so the room was huge. Great breakfast with plenty of choice, liked the location and overall good value for money.

Quiet room and recent refurbishment.

Difficulty understanding the staff. Even though they spoke fairly fluent English, a lot of misunderstandings and need for repetition was required. I was also a little annoyed when the colleague who I'd booked for received an upgrade (twice) and I was told that I was unable to receive the same due to availability issues..... Internet access should be a given in this day and age.

Very comvernient to metro, loved the service and smile of young man helping us with our bags to our room

Room could have been a little bigger, didn't like the other guests smoking outside there rooms as smoke still gets in your room, should be a totally non-smoking facility.
