The service from every department was nothing but excellent, and professional. We were not so impressed with the restaurant staff, their lack pf english comprehension, as well as the quality of the food preparation in the breakfast buffet. |

Nathan Hotel is just the best out of HK hotels in the same range of prices. The rooms are very clean & comfortable, the bedding is exhaustive, they are well furnished (42" TVs, speakers to use with music player, a DVD player, ...). Services are pretty cheap (e.g. Internet) or even included (breakfast, btw very good & not refused to late people) into the room rates. The staff is also pleasant. |

This is a very good hotel. The room is very big and clean. Hotel is in a good location in city, very easy to access all the good places in Hong Kong. The fan of air condition is towards to the bed, it is very easy to get a cold. The sound insulation of the room is not very good. |

We had the Nathan Suite (upgraded) and it was spacious and large enough
In the lounge area of our room the lighting was a bit dark. The bar

The cleanliness. The position of the wardrobe mirror beside my bed and the paintings during "7th month" makes me feel uncomfortable. It does not feel good facing the mirror while sleeping. Hope can do an improvement on it. |
