My friend said this was meant to be 5 star but would be lucky to get a 3 from me, the room was next to another room gettin renovated and was noisy at times, my room there were stains on the carpet, the tv reception was bad, the furnitures are old and the place need renovations done |

Primarily the desire to enjoy the hotel's facilities, especially the roof-top swimming pool. Meals provided on room service were excellent and represent very good value. Not really but there was no scope for an early check in and the reception did not even appear to be ready to entertain such a request. |
