432 stylishly decorated and furnished guestrooms are comfortable, spacious with pearl grey and lily white color schemes and include all the listed facilities. Our Executive Floor is situated on 15/F and 16/F, which encompasses 23 Executive Rooms, 17 Duplex Suites and two Executive Suites. Personal facsimile machines are available in all Executive Rooms.

It is directly above Jordan MTR, very convinent....

However, as the MTR is at basement 2, the hotel at level 3, there is only escalator available... so it maybe not be too friendly for some....

The hotel is located right on top of Jordan MTR station which makes it very easy to move around HK.

I requested for a non-smoking room with queen size bed, but wasn't available at the time of check-in, so we got a smoking room with queen size. Came there and the smell wasn't good due to the over-use of deodarant or some kind of spray to make it smell good... Price I find too high for a standard room though.

Room very clean, hotel staff very courteous. Appreciated greatly the early check-in. Also the e-mail communication from the hotel and airport pick-up arrangements were highly appreciated.

In general, the hotel room was clean and comfortable to stay though it look different from what was posted on the website.

The only problem I have was, to move my big luggage from road level to Front Desk is very troublesome as the escalator is very narrow. The only way was to make use of the bell boy service. The service staff at Front Desk didn't look that friendly afterall.

The Standard Room is spacious & its a good location just above the Jordon MTR

The carpet wasn't that clean & as my skin is allegy i got rashes on my legs immediately.
