The hotel location was convenient for shopper, the subway right under
I wish that the escalator from the subway will run until midnight not 10

I like the room assigned next to the gym though we didn't have time to use it. There are still some clients smoking on a non smoking floor. I think the beds are kind of hard to sleep on and not comfortable.The staff are not friendly. I think it would be nice to see them smile. |

Not easy tpo find entrance is from the back. It took 10 mn to find it.

easilly accessible y did the bathroom no manhole? Everytime during bath, have to be careful not to splash water out of the bathtub. U can't even enjoy taking a shower coz' at the end, it will be flooded. |

The room is very comfortable and clean. Try to improve on the hotel staff services. If they can be more friendly and put on a smilely face. That will makes the hotel a very perfect place to stay on. |

comfort to stay, near shopping mall and restaurant. If next time visit, i will choice this hotel again.... The aircon for the room is not so good, for the first three night, the aircon condition is good but after that the aircon got some problem. |

It is directly above Jordan MTR, very convinent.... However, as the MTR is at basement 2, the hotel at level 3, there is only escalator available... so it maybe not be too friendly for some.... |
