The body massage done by lady was very poor. It cost me 450 HK$ but the body massage was not done properly. The lady massaged only my legs and back. When asked to massage the hands, she denied saying no time. Hope you will reimburse me the amount I have wasted in body massage.

The rooms, though small, are well equipped. They even provided an umbrella.

I had requested a smoking room but upon arriving found they only had non-smoking rooms left and was told I can smoke in the bathroom. They changed me to a smoking room the next day but the process took a while as they had to convert they room's two beds to one. It also clashed with my schedule.

Very comfortable & cosy room, has everything you need, nice location & view. Friendly staff. Free internat (both wifi & cable)

Restraunts closed after 11, no room service at all after that too. Instant noodle in the minibar does not taste very good.

Free internet, free breakfast

hotel room is a bit small ( esp. the washroom) so we're forced to choose a suite to have a more comfortable space

I think it's the privacy that I enjoyed. Plus that it is very conveniently located.

The parking charges were actually by the hour and was not exactly cheap.

Free broadband very useful. Staff were excellent; helpful and polite

Bar prices were quite expensive, especially when they loaded 10% service - just for pouring a pint of lager
